  • To facilitate discussion around current well-being initiatives, reflecting on preferences and any identified areas of improvement

  • To introduce movement techniques for all staff to utilise both in the workplace and at home

  • To introduce mindset tools for all staff to implement to improve concentration, stress management and mental well-being

  • To conduct team exercises targeted at improving communication, cooperation and cohesion in the workplace
