I want to show people how movement is medicine and a fundamental to creating the best version of yourself. My mission is to give you the tools to create a better foundation for self care, productivity and success not only within the workplace but also in your everyday life.

With over 10 years experience as a fitness professional I want to help change the way you think about your health. It should never be a chore to look after yourself. I have experience working with a vast array of clients from athletes to complete novices. I also have experience with specialist clients including pre and post natal clients and clients with Orthopedic conditions.

Together, let's build the foundation for success within your workplace.

"Steph is really great at explaining what movements to do and making the session fun, easy to follow and adaptable to all levels.  We have both seen improvements in our all round mobility.  Highly recommended. Thanks Steph"

How does movement support work?

Mental ill-health, musculoskeletal problems, and stress are the three leading causes of long term absence from the workplace. Regular exercise can not only improve physical health but also can enhance mood, attitude and also affect memory and concentration.

Research from the British Heart Foundation shows Brits spend around 67 hours a week sitting down - making us inactive for up to three out of our 7 days. A sedentary lifestyle and inactivity have been shown to increase back pain and put more pressure on your back and spine. As people start to suffer from the pain they usually reduce their activity and exercise level further resulting in further issues. â€‹Sitting for long periods of time is thought to slow the metabolism which affects the body's ability to regulate blood sugar, blood pressure and break down body fat.

Physical exercises help by reducing the circulation of stress hormones (like cortisol). Exercise improves circulation and unleashes endorphins that leave you feeling energised. Employees who don't exercise are 2.5-3.5 times more likely to miss days due to illness.
